Very Berry Banana Muffins recipes snacks & treats Mar 23, 2022

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup almond milk
1 ripe medium sized banana

1.5 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1 cup frozen (or fresh) berries
Optional coconut sugar to sprinkle on top 


HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Set your oven to 375 F

  2. Mix your ground flax seeds and water for the flax egg and set aside for 5 minutes to thicken

Everyday Crispy Panko Tofu recipes snacks & treats Mar 23, 2022

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 block extra firm tofu
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
4 tbsp liquid aminos
2 tbsp maple syrup

BONUS DRESSING:

1/2 juice of a lime
1/4 tsp chili paste
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Set oven to 415 F

  2. Squeeze excess water from tofu

  3. Cut tofu into 1 inch-ish cubes

  4. Pour Panko crumbs into a bowl

  5. Place 1/2 of your tofu cubes in a flat bowl/dish, pour 2 tbsp liquid aminos over the tofu, then 1 tbsp

Chai Spiced Almond Crunch Granola recipes snacks & treats Mar 23, 2022

what you’ll need

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
1 tbsp coconut oil 
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds 
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, turmeric, cardamom, clove

how to prepare

  1. Chop your almonds

  2. Add coconut oil to sauce pan

  3. Once melted, add the remaining ingredients

  4. Mix well, and stir occasionally

  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until everything is golden and combined with the honey & coconut oil

  6. Let cool
