Why I Love The Holistic Approach To Life

I truly love strengthening my Holistic Muscle. It's a lot of fun for me. I love the holistic approach to life because it is where my freedom lies.

To live holistically is to become aware of all the areas in your life that require your energy in some way. Fitness, sleep, relationships, kids, animals, garden, meal prep, social time, fun, sex, connecting, organization, sleep, stress relief, nature time, visiting family, work, EVERYTHING in your life contributes to your well-being.

The way you keep up with everything you need to do, is to ensure you actually have the energy to support it. You have to focus upon the basics of your health to sustain a day filled with productivity. You need minerals, macronutrients, sleep, rest, and water to keep going.

You need to build self-awareness so you can simultaneously hold a stronger container of your external reality. The more awake you are to who you are, the more responsibility you can handle.

It's a game of balance, and I do believe in balance. I see a lot of people mentioning balance is silly and doesn't exist, I however disagree. I believe in balance, everything has its own amount of "need" from you, and it's an art of managing all in their own right.

Focus on taking care of yourself, getting organized and clear about what you need to be doing and desire to be doing, then showing up for the plan you're creating.

You're the creator of your own life, so own that shit and do something powerful with it!
