Wholesome Gutzy Soup

Here’s what you need:

4 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup green lentils
1 zuchinni
3 celery sticks
1 cup spinach (or kale)
1/2 tsp thyme rosemary
1/2 tsp safe
1/2 tsp thyme
1 can Cannellini beans
2 bratwurst ( @butcher_box is the way to go! )
1 cup pasta of choice


How To Prepare:

  1. Bring water to a boil, then cook your pasta until done. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside.

  2. Add some coconut oil to a pot. Chop your zucchini, celery, and brats, then add to the pot.

  3. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Wash your lentils and beans under cold water. Add them to the pot.

  5. Add your spices and stock, and bring to a boil. Then, cover with a lid, turn the heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes.

  6. Once done, add your spinach and pasta, and give it a stir. Put the lid back on until spinach wilts.
