Chocolate Tahini Salted Carmel Cup Smoothie

what you’ll need

1.5 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 medjool date (optional)
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp salted caramel protein powder or 1 scoop protein of choice
1 frozen banana 
1 cup spinach
1/4-1/2 cup Ice

 

how to prepare

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth

  2. If you choose to use vanilla protein powder, add 1/2 tsp maca powder for Caramel flavor + a soft medjool date

  3. If you choose to use chocolate protein powder, take out the cacao powder + add the date
