Chia Pudding - Any Flavor

recipes snacks & treats Mar 23, 2022

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Toppings can be ANYTHING you want. I used the following:
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tbsp almond butter
2-3 tbsp coconut yogurt (I had canned coconut milk in an air tight container cooling in my fridge for 2 nights and it thickened into a whip, so that is what I used)

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Mix your chia seeds, nut milk and cinnamon in a glass jar that you can put a lid on, like a mason jar

  2. Let sit in your fridge fro 30-60 minutes to thicken, or make it the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight

  3. Add whatever kind of toppings you desire! Fruit, nuts, seeds, nut butters, whatever you want

  4. ENJOY! It’s SO delicious and creamy and crunchy and flavorful

You can change up the flavor with spices. Here are some ideas:

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter

  • Chai Spiced

  • Carrot Cake

  • Pumpkin Spiced

  • Vanilla Cinnamon

Get Creative! And enjoy this breakfast on the go (or for home)!
